WHAT WE OFFER
A VERY SWISS APPROACH
The Right Material. The Right Process. The Right Place.
This is our DNA at TPT and our formula for success in all the high-performance industries our company has entered.
THE RIGHT MATERIAL
THIN-PLY 2.0
STRONGER. TOUGHER. TIGHTER.
STRONGER. TOUGHER. TIGHTER.
What It Is
An automated process that takes ultra-thin sheets of carbon-fiber and layers them into stacks to multiply their strength and toughness.
What It Does
Makes our shaft material 2X stronger. It also makes our shafts 3X tougher (i.e. resilience when loaded and twisted), allowing us to unlock even greater stability with our Red Range shafts.
Backstory
Our parent company (NTPT) pioneered Thin-Ply Technology for the construction of the carbon fiber sails (known as “Black Sails”) that revolutionized America’s Cup racing. Our company later brought Thin-Ply to other high-performance industries including aerospace, F1 racing, snow sports, and luxury watchmaking.

THE RIGHT PROCESS
CONTINUOUS FIBER
ONE START, ONE STOP.
ONE START, ONE STOP.
What It Is
A patent-pending process we developed that uses automation to wind strips of carbon fiber into the form of a golf shaft. It’s this process that allows us to deliver a seamless, spineless shaft. No other company makes shafts this way.
What It Does
Winds Thin-Ply 2.0 preform from tip to handle to ensure precise placement and consistency throughout the shaft. The process removes the overlapping seams (known as “spine”) and inconsistencies that result from the manual manufacturing processes used by our competitors.
Backstory
When we began looking into the way golf shafts were made in 2014, we realized that the by-hand process the industry was using to create golf shafts wasn’t right. We launched TPT to create a better way.

THE RIGHT PLACE
ACCURATE FIBER PLACEMENT
A NEW STANDARD OF PERFORMANCE
A NEW STANDARD OF PERFORMANCE
What It Is
Because we use automation, we can accurately position our fiber from tip to handle and around all 360 degrees of a shaft. This is not achievable through the manual manufacturing used by our competitors.
What It Does
We can produce a wide range of distinct and fine-tuned profiles that will help golfers further optimize their performance. We developed these profiles by isolating different variables to determine the combinations that performed best.
Backstory
What was initially surprising in testing was how much our automated manufacturing process changed the feel of our shafts compared to conventional shafts. Most testers report feeling improved stability and consistency within a few shots.
